The desk staff was super welcoming and had a great attitude (shout out to Greta!). The room was bigger than I imagined, and the bed was probably the most comfortable one I had ever tried in any hotel. The connection to the train station was great (one metro stop and 2 minute walk to the hotel), and only a 10 EUR Uber ride at night. The breakfast was also very good, not huge but varied and of good quality. Overall I was very impressed about the overall experience and how little we paid. Absolutely recommended!

Room was very beautiful and stylish. Bed was comfy. View nice as our room was on 6th floor. Bathroom very modern. Breakfast was amazing!!! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good location for travellers by car in transit, quiet room despite being on main routes, easy access with lift for handicapped guests.

Great value, very modern and clean rooms. In a safe location and close to the Essen train station. Staff is very friendly and available 24/7, and breakfast is also pretty good. Bed is comfy and blackout curtains are fantastic - I thought it was still the middle of the night when it was already full sun outside. Would definitely stay again.

The shower was big, which was great. The room was very clean. Definitely value for money if you only need somewhere to sleep.

The room was very comfortable. The bar area was very nice to relax in with a good choice of drinks. It was very good value for money.

Lovely spacious rooms! Very modern and quirky. I especially loved the snack section down by reception. The staff were extremely friendly too.
